Procedure
For as well as a research project, and direct marketing project, we practice the same working method. First of all we extensively discuss the information that you need. By means of this need, COMPAS Research & Direct Marketing makes a proposal that clearly indicates how we think about satisfying your need. The method of data collecting will be discussed, who will be approached, what is the planning and the lead-time, a fee indication, and the delivery manner.
This proposal shall be discussed with you, to see if it satisfies your wishes, and expectations. If necessary this proposal can be adjusted to your needs. Only if you are entirely satisfied about the planning, and the implementation of the project, the agreement will be established, and the project can start.
The proposal is offered to you without any engagement, obligations and costs whether you decide to purchase the project or not. The price and conditions, as agreed in the final offer, are also binding for COMPAS Research & Direct Marketing. You will realise at the end of the project that you never come to stand before unexpected surprises.
During the project you will constantly be informed about the progress of the project, and have direct contact with those who really implement it. There are therefore no interlinear which can slow down the progress, or miscommunication that can arise at the transfer.
